KAPsurvey offers a 30-day trial period. This trial is designed to help you fully explore and understand our services, ensuring they align with your organization's needs.
For KAPsurvey, you can conveniently make payments online via your account using Stripe, a secure payment processor. We are also happy to explore other payment methods, such as direct bank transfer or local bank payment options, which we offer in over 15 countries.
Both monthly and annual subscription fees are automatically billed to your registered payment method at the start of each billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, you can also pay via invoice or bank transfer. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Once you subscribe to a new KAPsurvey plan and your payment is processed, you'll receive an email containing your invoice and payment receipt. You can also download these documents directly from your KAPsurvey account. To do so, visit the "Organization Management Page" in your account settings and select the "Invoice History" section. Here, you can easily download any invoice. Please note that all pricing and payments detailed in the invoices are in USD, and currency conversions are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We can work with you to match our invoice to your organizational needs, providing detailed breakdowns within the invoice.
KAPsurvey's refund policy varies based on your subscription plan and the specific circumstances. Please refer to our Terms of Service page for detailed information. Generally, we aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions for our users. If you have specific concerns, please contact our support team at info@kaptechgroup.com.
If you cancel your paid KAPsurvey plan, your data and files will not be immediately deleted. Instead, they will be archived and retained in your account for an additional 60 days. This allows you time to access and manage your data before it is permanently removed from the system. We are happy to activate your free plan, where you can store data for an extended period.
